Is FireSocial actually compliant?

Accepted Answer

Per market. In Dubai you supply the Trakheesi permit and we embed it with its QR and your ORN/BRN, following DLD advertising guidelines. In Saudi Arabia it is the REGA advertisement licence and your FAL, with a QR to REGA’s own verification page when the portal publishes one. Either way the numbers sit on every frame and in every caption. You remain responsible for keeping permits valid.

Which portals are supported?

Bayut and Property Finder, in both markets — bayut.com and propertyfinder.ae in the UAE, bayut.sa and propertyfinder.sa in Saudi Arabia. Paste a listing URL and we pull the photos, price, beds, baths, size, community and the regulatory numbers the page shows. Anything we cannot read with confidence goes to a short manual form rather than being guessed — we will never invent a price.

English or Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Either, per reel — one language each, so the voiceover, captions and on-screen text all agree. Make the English, then tap once for the Arabic version of the same reel; it reuses every generated shot, so the second language costs a fraction of the first.

Question 4

What if my listing photos have another agency's watermark?

Accepted Answer

They still go in the reel, but we will not animate them — a generated shot warps a watermark into an obvious smear. The review screen tells you which photos are affected; swap in your own and the moving shots come back.

Question 5

Do I have to enter a permit?

Accepted Answer

No. It is your obligation, not ours, and plenty of agencies post without one. Leave it blank and the reel renders without the compliance strip; the result screen tells you plainly that no permit is on it.

Can I use my own branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your logo, your name and your licence numbers — ORN/BRN in the UAE, FAL in Saudi Arabia — are set once and stamped on every reel automatically. Colour and type come from the theme you pick, so the reel always looks designed rather than customised.

We are a brokerage — can my agents share one account?

Accepted Answer

That is what the Brokerage plan is. Invite your agents by email and they join your team: one logo, one agency name and licence on every reel, one pooled allowance of listings and Signature reels. Each agent still adds their own name and personal registration, so the credit on their reel is theirs.

What does it cost — and does it pay for itself?

Your first reel is free, no card. The Agent plan is AED 299 a month for 20 listing reels; the Brokerage plan is AED 999 for 90 reels shared across a team. In Saudi Arabia the same numbers apply in SAR. For scale: a single professional video shoot for one listing typically costs more than a month of FireSocial — which covers twenty. And when ten agents advertise the same unit with the same portal photos, presentation is what earns the call; one extra mandate won that way funds the subscription for years.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there is no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep every reel you have already made, and your remaining listings stay available until the end of the billing period.
