Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Who we are

FireSocial (firesocial.ai) is operated by Kiswani Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States (“Kiswani”, “we”, “us”). FireSocial turns property listing content into short vertical videos (“reels”) for real-estate professionals marketing properties in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

FireSocial is a tool for business use by real-estate professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address; keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who controls it controls your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the details in your brand kit, including licence and registration numbers.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You keep ownership of everything you upload or import — photos, listing details, logos. You give us the licence we need to store and process that content for one purpose: producing your reels and operating the service.

You promise that:

  • you have the right to use and advertise the property content you provide;
  • any advertising permit details you provide (Trakheesi, ADREC, REGA ad licence, FAL or similar) are genuine and current. FireSocial displays the permit details you supply; responsibility for permit validity and for complying with the advertising rules of your regulator stays with you as the advertiser;
  • your listings and captions are accurate and not misleading.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that appear to break the law, infringe rights, or abuse the service.

4. Your reels

The reels FireSocial produces from your content are yours to use for marketing the listed property on any channel. The FireSocial software, templates, themes and brand remain ours. Reels made on the free trial carry a FireSocial watermark.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of reels; unused allowance does not roll over. Top-up credits can be purchased separately.
  • You can cancel any time from Credits → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan and remaining allowance until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — your reels stay yours.
  • Charges are non-refundable by default; we consider refund requests case by case at our discretion. Contact [email protected].
  • Prices are shown in AED or SAR depending on your market and may change with notice before your next renewal.

6. AI-generated content

FireSocial uses AI systems to extract listing details, write captions and voiceover, and assemble video. We build in checks, but automated output can contain mistakes. Review every reel — price, details and permit strip — before you publish it. Publishing is your decision and your responsibility.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use FireSocial to advertise properties you have no mandate for, to produce misleading or unlawful advertising, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to probe, overload or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Service, changes and availability

We work to keep FireSocial fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your reels.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kiswani Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or regulatory penalties arising from advertising you publish. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes protections you are entitled to under mandatory local law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use FireSocial after that means you accept the updated terms.
