Privacy Policy

FireSocial (firesocial.ai) is operated by Kiswani Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

• Account data — your email address (and phone number if you sign in by phone), used to sign you in and to send service emails.
• Brand kit — agency name, agent name, logo, and the licence / registration numbers you choose to display on your reels (e.g. ORN, BRN, FAL).
• Listing content — the photos, property details and listing links you upload or import, and the reels produced from them.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only your Stripe customer reference, plan and payment status.
• Usage and logs — basic technical logs (requests, errors, render costs) needed to run and secure the service.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data. Cookies on firesocial.ai are limited to what sign-in and security require.

• signing you in and operating your account and team;
• producing your reels — including AI processing of your listing content to extract details, write captions and voiceover, and render video;
• billing, invoicing and fraud prevention through Stripe;
• service emails: sign-in codes, reel-ready notifications, invitations and billing notices;
• keeping the service secure, debugging it, and understanding aggregate usage.

Your listing content is processed by our AI providers solely to produce your output. We do not use your content to train AI models.

We use a small set of processors, each receiving only what its job needs: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (storage and delivery), Anthropic and Fal (AI processing), Creatomate (video rendering), Trigger.dev (background jobs) and Resend (email delivery). Several are located in the United States, so your data may be processed there under their respective safeguards.

Account data, brand kits, listings and reels are kept while your account is active so your library stays available. Technical logs are kept only as long as operations require. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, except records we must keep (e.g. invoices, for tax law).

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account. We answer promptly and verify that requests come from the account owner. Depending on where you live (including under UAE, Saudi and EU data-protection law) you may have additional statutory rights, which we honour.

If this policy changes materially we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
